Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tinered Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Platform

You may use this platform for lawful purposes only. You must not use the platform to sell counterfeit goods, engage in fraud, or violate any applicable law.

3. Accounts & Authentication

To access certain features you must register an account and provide accurate information. You may sign in using Google; in doing so you agree to Google's terms of service and authorise Source & Ship to use the profile data returned by Google for account identification. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, quality of goods, and timely fulfillment of orders. Tinered reserves the right to remove listings or suspend sellers for policy violations.

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers must provide accurate delivery information and complete payment within the stated timeframe. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed before order dispatch.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tinered is a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for the quality of goods sold by third-party sellers beyond what is covered under our Buyer Protection policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
