All M-Pesa payments are processed through Safaricom's official Daraja API. You receive an STK push directly on your phone and authorize the payment securely. Tinered never stores your M-Pesa PIN.

Card Payments

Card payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Your card details are never stored on Tinered servers. All transactions use SSL/TLS encryption.

Fraud Protection

Our fraud detection system monitors all transactions in real time. Suspicious activity is flagged and investigated immediately. If you notice an unauthorized charge, contact us immediately.

Tips to Stay Safe

• Always pay through the official Tinered checkout — never via direct M-Pesa to an individual

• Never share your OTP or M-Pesa PIN with anyone, including Tinered staff

• Check your M-Pesa confirmation SMS after every transaction

• Report suspicious seller behaviour to our support team immediately
