2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process orders, send delivery updates, provide customer support, personalise your shopping experience, and comply with legal obligations including KRA tax reporting.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with logistics partners for delivery, payment processors for transactions, and regulatory authorities as required by Kenyan law.

4. Google Sign-In & Third-Party Authentication

Source & Ship offers Google Sign-In as an authentication option. When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information solely to create and manage your Source & Ship account. We do not share your Google data with any third party, and we never request access to your Google contacts, Drive, or other Google services. You may revoke Source & Ship's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account security settings.

5. M-Pesa Payments

M-Pesa transactions are processed through Safaricom's Daraja API. Tinered never stores your M-Pesa PIN. Transaction references are stored for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Access to personal information is restricted to authorised staff only.

7. Your Rights
